Usually, the way to tell if you are a healthy weight is by working out your body mass index, or BMI.
BMI is a measure used to determine if you are a healthy weight for your height. The formula to work out your BMI is:
BMI = kg/m2
To work out your BMI you simply need to divide your weight in kilograms by your height in metres squared. So for example, if you were 1.6 metres tall and weighed 90 kilograms, your BMI would be 34.2.
