Indications: constipation (due to injury of fluids usually from a warm febrile disease, or a patient with chronic Yin deficient constitution), thirst, T- dry red cracked, P- slightly rapid or weak forceless. If more purgative is required ‘Zeng Ye Cheng Qi Tang’ should be used.
